To check your eligibility for free school meals we are asking all parents / carers to apply for Free School Meals. This is irrespective of whether you believe your child is eligible for free school meals or not. If your child is eligible, even if only for a very short period, our academy receives £1,345 Pupil Premium funding into the school budget for the next 6 years. As you can imagine, this funding makes a significant difference to the opportunities we can offer to the children. It is more important than ever that we know the number of pupils for whom we can claim Pupil Premium funding to provide the best resources and education for the children.
The most efficient and quickest way to get a decision is for parents /carers to apply online themselves at https://www.cloudforedu.org.uk/ofsm/sims/ It’s quick and easy to apply and you will get an instant notification of entitlement. To complete an application you will need to provide:
- Your own name, address and date of birth
- Contact details
- National Insurance Number or National Asylum Seekers Number
- Child's name and date of birth
