Entry to the stadium will begin at 9:45am and will be 50p per person (capped at £1 per family) payable at the gate. Please be aware that the car parks at the stadium are operated on a ‘pay and display’ basis. Parking fees are £1 for up to 3 hours or £4 for up to 24 hours.
Team colours will remain the same as per our previous letter regarding Sports Day: Red, Blue, Green or Yellow. So that these teams can be clearly recognised, children will need to wear the T-shirt of their team colour.
Children will be seated in the stands, with their class teachers - THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS TO THIS STAND FOR PARENTS. This is to ensure the safety of all children. Please support us with this matter, as the safety of our pupils must be our main concern. We have very experienced, well-prepared staff, who will make sure that all children are kept safe and well cared for.
We are asking children to come to school in PE kits which includes:
- Team Coloured T-shirt
- Shorts
- Pumps or trainers
- Water bottle
- Sun cream / hat
- Warm / waterproof jacket (where needed)
Those children who are on free school meals will have a packed lunch provided, all other children will need to bring a healthy packed lunch and a non-fizzy drink. If this can be brought in a carrier bag it can all be thrown away afterwards.
